The latest you can do on Sierra is 10.4.4 and that should be available in your App Store options IF you did indeed buy Logic Pro X via the app store; if it is not there you have to double check that you have signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with. You said you purchased "logic" but it is not clear if you mean Logic Pro 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or indeed 10 (X). Only if you bought X from the appstore you get the free updates.
